I have a small team, and I know them all personally – do I need your help?
Hopefully not when it comes to the HR side of your operation. We would hope that the contracts that your teams are on are mutually suitable for both them and the business, and that there are development plans in place to help give them more skills to improve their performance and ultimately deliver more for the business.
Beyond that, you would probably only need support if things go wrong with this.

I regularly spend time chasing customers for payments, what am I doing wrong?
Without knowing more details, it is difficult to pinpoint a specific issue, however it does sound like your payment structure from your customers is not aligned to your need for cashflow. Perhaps you need to have some/part payment up front (ahead of delivering the service)?
Alternatively, it could be that your business is not structured to issue robust contracts to clients outlining payment terms and penalties to be followed.
