How often would we need business support & mentoring meetings for it to be effective?
We understand that every business, and every business owner is different, but we also know that there is more chance of mutual success if there is structure in our engagement. Therefore, we typically have fortnightly diarised calls with our clients, each which lasts around an hour. We do offer different packages with more frequent meetings; however, we know from experience, that this is only worthwhile during intense working periods such as pitches, business purchases and sales, or restructuring.
What sort of success can I expect to see from business support & mentoring?
This is a difficult one to give a specific answer to as each client approaches us with their own unique challenges. From our experience we have helped mentor clients to secure £100k+ pieces of new business, tackle profit issues in their company, implement sales philosophies to drive a 20% increase in turnover, structure their start up in a cost-effective manner, as well as many, many more examples.
The one thing to note though is that generally the higher performing mentor clients are the ones who invest the time, effort, and engagement with us as a business mentoring partner.
Do you give your business support & mentoring clients “homework” to do?
There is no formal completion of task lists that we check every meeting. However, we do work with our clients to build plans and strategies, and we review these regularly to see if they have been implemented. This is so we can understand what the results have been. Ultimately, many of our business mentoring clients find that we unlock in them, the answers that they have been struggling to find.
